The Department of Administration holds a master contract with NIC Wisconsin to help agencies make their user's online interaction more friendly, open, and efficient.
State agencies are able to enter into a Statement of Work directly with NIC Wisconsin for their specific project.

Projects are submitted, scored, and sent to the eGov Business team for review to ensure alignment with the program's strategic goals. The eGov Team meets once a month to review new projects.

2. Governance Review
Submit a project prioritization form to the eGov team to review the project for approval to move forward. Approval is typically based on the needs of the agency, the proposed project funding model, and alignment with the eGov strategic goals.
3. SOW Development
NIC Wisconsin works to jointly develop and execute a Statement of Work directly with the agency.
4. Project Kick-off
A joint project kick-off is scheduled, which is followed by the development and sign-off of a project plan.
