How

eGov

Works

The Department of Administration holds a master contract with Tyler Wisconsin to help agencies make their user's online interaction more friendly, open, and efficient.

State agencies are able to enter into a Statement of Work directly with Tyler Wisconsin for their specific project.

With a variety of funding models, partners have many ways to achieve their goals.

Process

Projects are submitted, scored, and sent to the eGov Business team for review to ensure alignment with the program's strategic goals. The eGov Team meets once a month to review new projects.

Check out a few eGov projects.

eGov Projects

1. Ideation

Meet to discuss an idea, problem, or pain point.

2. Governance Review

Submit a project prioritization form to the eGov team to review the project for approval to move forward. Approval is typically based on the needs of the agency, the proposed project funding model, and alignment with the eGov strategic goals.

3. SOW Development

Tyler Wisconsin works to jointly develop and execute a Statement of Work directly with the agency.

4. Project Kick-off

A joint project kick-off is scheduled, which is followed by the development and sign-off of a project plan.
